Nordic feeding recommendations for horses

Goal
Little is known about the horse in relation to bioeconomy and climate challenges and how we should feed horses in a sustainable way. This needs further investigation. The long term aim of this network is to establish an develop research collaboration across the Nordic countries with special focus on nutrition and feeding management of horses.
Gender equality goal is achieved.

- The book “Nordic feeding recommendations for horses”.
- Seminars
- Larger application
- The creation of common Nordic feeding recommendations will facilitate and broaden the market for the feed industry and accordingly the market offerings for owners and trainers.
