The revitalisation process is facilitated by New Nordic Food and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Finland. The process takes place in broad cooperation between public and private organisations and educational actors in the Nordic region. It includes various activities for different target groups and a focus group, such as webinars, workshops, networking and dialogue opportunities, collaborations and communication in the Nordic region during 2021-2022.
The Nordic focus group consists of younger-generation professionals in the food sector from the Nordic countries. They actively participate in and contribute insights to the revitalisation process of the Nordic Kitchen Manifesto and the creation of a constructive dialogue tool. The focus groups have participated in a kick-off webinar and various workshops during the autumn of 2021.
In the spring of 2022, a new dialogue tool was published to create a constructive dialogue with the Nordic Kitchen Manifesto as the basis of values. At the same time, dialogue opportunities were arranged digitally or live in all the Nordic countries.
